Super Duty Linear Actuator – High Force, Quiet Operation, Precision Feedback

The Super Duty Linear Actuator is built for demanding applications where strength, reliability, and precision matter. Its heavy-duty aluminum casing combined with a worm gear drive delivers quieter operation and significantly greater resistance to back-driving compared to traditional designs.

Housed in a thick, high-strength aluminum body with matching rods, it is engineered to handle substantial force while maintaining long-term durability. With a wide range of force, speed, and stroke configurations, it is suited for automation projects, custom builds, and heavy machinery.

      Control & Functionality

Each actuator includes built-in limit switches that automatically stop the unit at full extension and retraction, helping protect equipment. For applications requiring more precision, an optional 4-wire Hall Effect sensor provides accurate positional feedback for synchronized or closed-loop control, while remaining easy to ignore in simpler setups.

The actuator integrates seamlessly with FCB-1 and FCB-2 control boards, enabling synchronized movement, adjustable speed, customizable limits, and timer-based operation. Wiring is straightforward, using a 2-wire motor connection where reversing polarity changes direction, alongside a 4-wire output for sensor feedback. Design & Key Benefits

Constructed from a durable aluminum alloy with a fully sealed enclosure, this actuator is designed to perform reliably in a wide range of environments. Its worm gear system ensures smooth, quiet operation, while the compact design delivers high force output without unnecessary bulk.

The unit is maintenance-free, reducing downtime and long-term upkeep. All models include built-in limit switches and integrated Hall sensor wiring, providing flexibility for both basic and advanced control setups. A full range of compatible accessories is also available, including mounting brackets (MB17, MB20, MB21), along with remote controls, switches, microcontrollers, and power supplies.
