Firgelli Automations strongly supports the promotion of all STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) subjects for all students. The founder and CEO of Firgelli, Robbie Dickson, is an engineering graduate himself. But the fact that women make up 50% of the US workforce but only 24% of the STEM workforce means that there is still something holding girls back from going for these well paying jobs. Check out this link for more interesting facts about women and science.
